Bottle (probably) at Seehaus am Poschinger Weiher. Caramel golden. Dry, yeast, grainy, banana, spices, metallic. Soft and light, not too sweet, not too banana.

Bottle picked up from Häusler Getränke, Freising and consumed at home Tuesday 25th February 2025 listening to ByteFM, We've got homemade Italian Burgers tonight with chips. Pours chestnut brown colour with a large off white head. Malty nose with a hint of banoffee and a little bit of yeastiness. Quite full in the mouth, a little creamy edge, malty and again the yeastiness playing its part. It's a very good example of the style.

Appearance: cloudy brown with a moderate off-white frothy head of good retention. Aroma and taste: rich esters including banana and candy, caramel, spicy notes. Medium dry, light hop bitterness in the ending. Mouth feel: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: not bad.

500ml bottle, from trade with sinh4. Thanks Stefan! Pours a hazed brown, foamy off-white head. Aroma presents gentle weisse yeast nestled amongst the nutty malt. Medium carbonated, medium bodied, taste is a fair dunkel-weisse I guess, some toffee alongside the bananery yeast, nicely balanced. Doesn't jump out like others I suppose, but still a pleasant drop.

Murky brownish. Aroma is fine estery grassy banana with toffee and a little brown sugar. Taste is fresh sour on the yeasty side but with enough malty sweet body to keep everything balanced. Quite drinkable. Good.
