The aroma is soft, fresh, quite bright, some fruity sweetness, white grape, gooseberry, bread and sponge cake with a dusting of icing sugar. The taste is crisp, bone dry, quite clean, fresh, bright, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, grassy, straw and a touch of tannin with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carboantion.
