Pint can, canned 03/31/2025 partagée avec Tderoeck, merci.
Dorée, léger voile pâle, col épais crémeux blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquuet floral et finement malté. L'apport du riz reste plaisant. Le tout couvert avec de fins effluves fruité légers d'agrumes - dont pas mal de mandarine venant du Saphir.
Palais sur un caractère est malté avec une base de riz qui reste en support - assez plaisante. Amertume houblonné sur le flroal avec un très bon usage du Saaz - petite note d'agrumes et de mandarine/citronnelle pour ce qui est de l'usage du houblon Saphir.

Sample at Bob's Bar during the "23rd Annual Extravaganza!!!" on 02/22/2025. Clear straw color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of floral hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with a floral hoppy character and notes of fruit and grainy malt and rice. The finish is clean with a fruity aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft at Other Half DC. Poured a clear yellow color, a bit muted yellow hue, small white head. Aroma was really subtle grain - lots of rice in this lager, duh. Really smooth, very easy to drink. Light sweetness, not overly crisp, but it's quite nice. Really enjoyable.

Sample at Stepping Stone Aarhus Together Beer Fest 02/11/2024 Bitter grassy and floral hoppy, light herbal hoppy accents, grainy cereal malts, light to medium body, grassy hoppy into the finish.

Draught @ Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan. Clear very pale yellow with a foamy white head, faint grassy aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter grassy hops and rice flavor, thin body, long finish. Nice lager, clean on the palate.

Keg at Other Half, DC, 13/04/23. Clear light golden blonde with a white head. Nose is pale malts, straw, toasted grains, cereals. Taste comprises grass, herb, lemon, hedgerow, pale malts, wheaten notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok lager.

Tap at the brewery taproom in Washington DC. A clear yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is straw, grass, herbal, green berries. Herbal notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light grains, apple juice, herbal notes. Palate is semi crisp, light bodied, moderate carbonation.
