750ml bottle – Pours a cloudy yellow gold colour with a decent sized mostly lasting foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, gooseberry, grape citrus, some oak and funk. A dry and light acidic taste, unripe sour fruit, some citrus and woody flavours with a lingering dry oaky finish. Unusual but also very good, not sure I’d call this an IPA.

14th September 2020, Shrewsbury Beer Share gathering with Syrian Supper in Chez Sophie, five in attendance. Cheers Mike for the monthly Wild Beer sour you bring, 75cl again! Misty golden body, full white head on this weird smelling and tasting IPA. I fail to see why everyone else loves sour beers and this is so far from an IPA for me it's insane!

75cl bottle @ Syrian Supper tasting, Chez Sophie Sep 20. Feel a bit exhausted reading the description. A lot going on here. Misty golden yellow appearance. Large white head. Nice prickly acidity, good crisp mosaic citrus linking well with the brett and woody stalk. Wild funk with some floral interludes. Super complex, fresh, lively and satisfying. Wild Beer at their best.
