As you might have guessed, there’s a lot of raspberry in this beer. 170 grams per litre of the best British raspberries, to be precise. Raspberry Gose pours opaque and vibrant red in colour. Aromas of fresh fruit dominate with hints of tangy yoghurt in the background. Tart raspberry coulis hits your senses with the first sip and lingers with the full, smoothie-like body and a saline lick from Cornish sea salt.

(Draught at Mother Kelly's Vauxhall, London, 29 May 2022) Cloudy red colour with creamy, pink head. Fruity, sourish nose with raspberries, lemon and red fruit. Fruity, tart taste with notes of raspberries, strawberries, lemon, white bread and a slightly salty finish. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing with lots of tart berries. Well made gose. Very nice.

On tap at The Craft Beer Co. - Clerkenwell, pours an opaque dark hot pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of jammy raspberries, some pith, and subdued lacto. Flavour is pleasantly tart and very fruity, with lots of sour raspberries, raspberry pie, and lacto. Very fruity, pleasantly tart, and pithy. Very tasty.

[44cl can from Beer52.] An opaque raspberry pink pour with lively carbonation to start; aroma of fresh raspberries with a touch of yeast; tart raspberry taste with the malts just managing to show themselves; than a clean, fresh raspberry finish with a lingering fruity bitterness. Excellent.

440ml can at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Orangeish pink, thick and opaque qith no head. Aroma is resplendent with raspberry, not really a lot of room for anything else, which is fine. The intense tartness of the taste was a surprise, with multiple waves of sour berry bouted up by a slight salty character. Long raspberry-laden finish. Thick body for the ABV. Medium carbonation. Amazing.
