Az istenek eledele folyékony formában. Ezt a sűrű aranysárga, kissé mézes illatú, fűszeres sört a belga sörfőző hagyományokhoz híven készítettük el világos búzamaláta felhasználásával. Styrian Golding és Hallertauer Perle komlók ellensúlyozzák a búzamaláta édeskés ízét, amit még tovább bolondítottunk egy-egy csipet édes és keserű narancshéjjal és korianderrel. Végül hagytuk, hogy a belga búzasörélesztő végezze a dolgát szépen, komótosan, kerek harmonikus ízt alakítva ki a kenyeres, földes, mézes és fűszeres ízek vetélkedéséből.

On tap at Zenta Kraft Budapest. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, floral and mild spicy nose. Floral, wheaty, spicy, light coriander and bitterish finish.

Tap at Zenta. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Creamy floral aroma, bit peppery and spicy. Soft taste, creamy, orange, citric, spicy phenolic notes. Bit too bitter but quite pleasant!

0.5 l bottle, a gift from my sis. Pours hazy orange with huge, but short lived head. Nose is grains, slight honey, fruity-flowery notes. Taste is something similar but with additional zest and even slight tart notes. Short sweet finish, light body, lively carbo. If it wasnt for that tartness in taste, it’d be even better.

50 cl swing top bottle at restaurant. Hazy golden colour with a huge white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, spices, wheat malts. Taste is light sour. Medium body. Drying tart fruity finish. Rather sour for the style, which is a nice pairing with the rich Hungarian food.

0.3 csapolt. Borostyánba hajló szűretlen szép szín, sűrű, fehér nagy hab. Finom, picit élesztős, picit narancsos banános fűszeres illat. Citrusosan, lime-osan nyit. Szénsav ok. A belga búza jegyek rendben vannak. Igazából az egész sör rendben van. Megfelelő test, fűszeres, frissítő cucc. Megvettem.

0.5l swing top bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a huge, but not so long lasting white head. Aroma of grains, lemon zest, orange zest and sour dough. Taste of grains, bread, lemon zest, grapefruit and even a hint of pine. It’s more citrusy than spicy. OK beer.
