Bottle from Oedipus. Fruity aroma with oak, tart stone fruits, peach, apricot, orange, touch of vinegar. Flavour is tart with a medium puckering sourness and a whiff of sweetness. Body is medium with low carbonation. Delightfully fruity with a pleasant sour taste.

37.5cl Fles van Oedipus webshop. Diep goudgele kleur, weinig kraag. Lijkt op appelsap. Zuur, licht funky, citroen, vrij scherp maar ook erg verfrissend, eik, hout, zure finish. Lichte body. Lekker.

(Bottle, Oedipus Brewery & Taproom, Amsterdam, 29 Feb 2020) Golden amber colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of white wine, oak wood, green apples and sour grapes. Fruity, tart, slightly vinous taste with oak wood, white wine, green apples and rhubarb. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a generous winey acidity. Very nice.

Bottle. Orange blonde. Floral, vinous aroma with citrus and peach. Sour flavor with Apple, peach, lemon and floral notes. Just a little rest sweetness. Fairly complex. Nice.

Tap at TCBW. Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are sour, fruity, acidic. Overall: okish.

Cloudy dark blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have lacto sourness and a little funk. Some tropical fruits too.

0.375 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', bottled in October 2018. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a few white bubbles on top. A little sweetish, sourish, moderately fruity and a little funky aroma of lemon, rhubarb, barnyard, some oak and a touch of vinegar. Quite sour, gently fruity and a little funky taste of lemon, vinegar, light glue, rhubarb, some barnyard and a touch of oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart, gently dry finish. Medium body, gently astringent and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, almost flat. Rather uninspired Sour, not very pleasant due to the vinegary touch, a touch of glue in there as well.

Draft at gist. Aroma of tart orange, citrus, wheat, funk and horseblanket. Taste has juicy orange, pineapple, citrus, funk, acidic sourness and some oak. Very nice.
