This small batch brew with Track is a belter and has been double dry hopped with Galaxy, Enigma, El Dorado. We've also been experimenting with brew salts, to give this IPA an incredible mouthfeel.

440ml can. Pours murky golden with a huge white head. Aroma of soft tropical fruits, candied fruits. Taste is fruity, sweet, tropical, zesty, grapefruit, floral/herbal, pithy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

6th September 2018
Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, dry but reasonably sweet. Touch of fresh orange but a fair dose of pith too. Light dry finish. Okay.

Can. Turner’s, Sheffield. Hazed, pale gold. Thin, fully lacing, lasting, white head. Nose has peach stone esters. Canned peaches. Candied peel. Floral, herbal hop leaf. Some pine needle. Taste is a little dry, with a herbal, floral bitterness. Some oaty sweetness. Medium, oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Fairly drying. Plenty of pithy bitterness to finish.

Keg @ North Bar, Leeds. Cloudy yellow-gold with a small head and hoppy. Includes oats and has a good citrus tropical fruitiness.
