Can at home. Pours hazy goldenish yellow with white head. Nose is big citrus zest, lemongrass, lime leaves, it shows mint, perhaps a touch of coconut, or at least that spicy character reminiscent of Sabro. Taste is low bitterness, some spicyness, with a sweet touch. It shows citrus zest, huge lemongrass, caffir lime leaves again, grassy notes, light fruity touch. Closes with a dry, citric finish (and some ginger too), it has a light body and average to high carbonation. Interesting variety, this Tallus, it's citric, spicy and has a rather refreshing character all in all.

500ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Cloudy, grey-golden body, decent white head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Fresh aromas of grapefruit and pineapple, lightly spiced. Moderate taste profile of citrus, pineapple, earth, and a bite of bread. Rounded mid-dry fruity ending, discreet bitterness to it. Quite alright without further excitements. (Tromsø 22.01.2021).

Can at home in Hackney - picked up via Premier Hop online shop. Pours opaque yellow-gold with a foamy, pure white head. Holds quite a floral hop character, nips of pithy and lightly zesty lemon, grapefruit, pine needles, subtle pale malt backdrop, mellow rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Further floral and pithy hops in the finish, zesty citrus and lemon in particular. Good and fun.

500ml can online from the brewery. Pours opaque golden with a tight white head. Aroma: coconut, citrus. Taste: moderate sweet & light bitter, coconut, lime, grapefruit, zest. Medium body with soft carbonation. Is talus the new darling hop? It's got unique qualities for sure, can't see everyone loving it but I'm enjoying the journey so far, 2nd single hop talus I've sampled
