Blonde Parisis beer is a fruity and refreshing beer. With its golden color and slightly coppery, it has fine and spring aromas conferred by its aromatic hops.

I personnaly find this beer average, I could say that it is a lager/pils, decent dosis of hop, bitter, malt, original brown/red body, 14.06.2017, buying it at one monoprix, Paris.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Claudius - thank you very much!]. Slightly cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly biscuity, minimally strawy and spicy, pale malty as well as slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of old lemon, lemon peel, salty cracker. Taste is bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy and slightly spicy and minimally biscuity as well as strawy, pale malty, notes of lemon, some lemon peel, a touch of lemon biscuit and salty cracker, rather zesty bitterness, low residual sweetness.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Simple, refreshing, drinkable - very nice.

75cl bottle. Pours a misty gold, yeast in permanent suspension, white head. Aroma suggests it's not too fresh, slight caramelised hints coming through. Flavour profile follows suit, yeast is starting to become tired and aged. Shouldn't be too old either. Shame.

21/XI/23 - on tap @ HoReCa Expo 2023 (Gent), BB: n/a (2023-1093) Thanks to Erwin, Peter a.o. for sharing today’s beer!
Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: herbal, sweet impression, pretty malty, grains, fruity touch, ripe pears. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness up front, a bit herbal, grassy, a little metallic. Aftertaste: fruity, some unripe banana, very bitter, a bit dry, more metallic, soapy bitterness, meh.

Got in a trade with Shanex. 330 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 8/8/2020. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy medium golden amber color with a 2-3 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and bready malt notes; with big strenght. Taste of big lemon, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast spiciness; and herbal, floral woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. High carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.5%. Overall this is a delicious Belgian blonde ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and pretty refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/spicy/drying finish. Great well rounded Belgian yeast complexity, noble hop presence/balance, and clean malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressively well made style example.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy amber colour lasting off white head. Good hoppy aroma. Some malty flavour. Light bitterness. Smooth in the mouth. A little bit of puke. OK though. Aroma is decent. Rest leaves a little to be desired. Building bitterness on the finish.
