Draught @ Coopers Craft Kitchen. Hazy bright yellow with small foamy white head, citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter citrusy taste with hint of coriander, smooth body, long citrusy finish. Very smooth and tasty.

Draft at Harbor Bar. Murky orange pour with a frothy head and some average lace. Grapefruit hops, some floral notes, a little resin. Fruity hops, a little sweet, nice bitterness in the finish. Very clean, drinks like it has a lower ABV than it has. Really nice.

750mL growler filled 12/17/16, drunk 1/7/17.
A solid medium haze to this brassy-golden beer, well-carbonated with a substantial, well-retained, white head atop.
Lots of juice in the nose, but very clean and cut nicely by the spicy, zesty citrus. Malts stay out of the way, and the hops really shine without any excess resin/acidity. Peach, nectarine, passion fruit; lots of complexity/expression from the hops with just a hint of light pine and no alcohol or flaw.
Nicely dry, with a perfect attenuation and texture, as I’ve come to expect from Shawn’s beers. Juicy fruits combine with zesty citrus backed by a soft, oat and malt texture and fine carbonation. Gets more and more flavorful as it warms and breathes. Definitely some solid bitterness, but just enough without going overboard. Strong minerality from the water/yeast and a clean, crisp, alcohol-free finish.

Bottle split at CBC Islo, massive thanks to Leighton, 04/10/16. Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white head. Nose is jiucy citrics, pine, cantaloupe melon, straw, grapefruit. Taste comprises tangy melon, pine needle, tangerine, grapefruit shreds, grass, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop spattering. Super solif DIPA ... subtle and well nuanced ... drinks more like an APA!

Craft Islington Gathering. Big thanks to Leighton. Hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Soft airy malts, sweetish. Mellow hop skunk in mild hop spice and mild tropical fruits. A little grassy bitterness before a spicy tropical fruit finish. Very nice.

At the Jeffrey during a bunk day from work. Hazy yellow pour white head. Nose is tropical fruits some hay. Tastes of melon, oats, light guava, grassy/hay, and gum. Not that different from the Grimm Splish I just had half hour ago this is a bit more dank. Quite good.
