Cloudy amber. Aroma is clove a little chestnut much yeasty and a little mineral. Taste is sour fresh minerally yeast with some sweet malty chestnut. A bit too minerally and sparkly for my taste. However easy drinkble and refreshing. Alright.

Bottle at home from HOTM, 26th February 2021. Pours a light golden colour, characteristic large white frothy head. Aroma is yeast, clove, fruity, banana. Taste is refreshing, dry, yeast, banana, light spice, clove. Pretty tasty and very drinkable

Trübe orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, leicht getreidig, fruchtig mit reifer Banane, leicht säuerlich. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours hazy orangey - amber with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is grainy, cereal, quite sweet, ripe banana, foamy bananas, orange marmalade and a touch of greenness. The taste is firmly dry, almost a touch of tartness, banana, foamy banana candy, some warming spice, clove, peppery, orange peel, cereal and wheaten rackers. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Strikes a nice balance. Rather drinkable stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange with medium white head. Bananas, cloves, estery, medium sweetness with somewhat thin finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle online from 'The Trembling Madness. Pours a hazy orange colour with a large throthy off-white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, pears, bread, peppery spice and hints of bubblegum. Taste is pretty much the same notes again. Thinnish body with a very lively tangy mouthfeel and a peppery spice finish. Nice slightly above average Hefe.

Getrunken als Schönramer Weissbier. Schöne Schaumkrone. Recht anständige 5,6 % Alk - das Schönramer rammt also ganz schön. Malzig, getreidig, recht fruchtig. Leicht säuerliche und süßliche Noten stehen gleichberechtigt nebeneinander. Sektnuancen sind erkennbar. Eher mild gehopft und vom schweren Charakter. Schon ganz OK.

Bottle picked up from Getränkemarkt Haussman Feldkirchen and consumed at home Attenkirchen Saturday 1st February 2020 listening to Sebadoh - Act Surprised and cooking Chicken Pathia from The Curry Guy cookbook. Pours orange gold with a white head, fruity but with lots of overipe banana, not as refreshing as some Hefe-Weiss but instead very full flavoured. This is really good.

Optisch wunderbar, Eidotter-Gelb, zügige Perlung. In der Nase fruchtig, Banane. Im Trunk setzt sich das fort, lecker cremig, süffig, erst süß, dann bitter. Lecker.

500 ml bottle as "Schönramer Weißbier", 5,6% abv. Pours dark cloudy orange with a foamy head. Orange peel and dry lemon notes in the beginning and ends with sweet banana notes, clove, some vanilla, estery notes. Dry sourness, some sweetness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonated, dry finish. Quite good!
