Pale straw body with a well laced fluffy white head. Nose is appealing, with some spice, Belgian yeast, and citrus hops. A very nice saison - complexities to it but clean and refreshing nonetheless. Fruity tastes from the hops and yeast include grapefruit (zest), orange and banana. Coriander and maybe lavender add to the taste. Some sweetness but not cloying. Very refreshing.

Zest citrus, solid malts, slme good cereals, slightly tart, a little peppery, it hits all the marks of a good saison. Solid saison, easy drinking, refeshing and quenching, nice stuff,

On tap at Left Field Brewery TO. Pale gold colour lasting white head. Hoppy aroma. Then a rather flat grapefruit flavour. Flabby saison not enough character. Some dryness on the finish.

(Bottle) hazy bright yellow colour with a medium tall white head; aroma of lilies, sourness; creamy palate; clean, balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a frothy white cap, very good stay and some foamy lace. Sour and grassy nose with some coriander notes, citrus sourness, sweet fruity malts. Some mild Belgian Ale yeast as well. The taste has nice lighter grassy hops that goes the whole way, over the malts and yeast. Some mild bitterness from the grapefruit in the finish, but not overload. An average Saison that goes down easily with nothing too crazy.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light floral undertones with some light honey notes also perceptible. Taste is a mix of light rustic malt with honey and floral undertones with a subtle spicy yeast also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but not bursting out with a ton of complexity.

Tap at Barhop. Clear golden with white head. Light grainy and bready, quite some spicy yeast, bitter grapefruit zest which is mostly just bitter at first but gets more aromatic towards the finish. Medium sweet and under medium bitter. Medium bodied.

Bomber from the brewery. Cloudy pale orange with a small white head that receded gradually to a sheet. Nose is yeasty spice , grain, light grapefruit and some honey. Light honey sweetness with a nice grapefruit tartness and a pervasive light pepper. Medium- slick mouth with average carbonation. Nice easy drinking saison.

As I walk in the Left Field crew is diligently peeling a pile of grapefruit for this brew. A labor of love. And well worth it. This beer comes off a slightly cloudy yellow-gold with a white head. Smells of cereal malts, bread yeast. Tastes full of light hay malts, a mild sweetness, yeasty esters just like a nice sasion. The grapefruit coming s through at the end with a citrus zesty finish that lasts and lasts. Immediately bought some to bring to the cottage. Tasty.
