Bottle. Slightly unclear pale golden body with a small white head. Aroma has lemon, minerals with mild lactic acidity. Taste is sour, slightly fruity, minerals and a little touch of vegetable, probably carrot but I might just believe that regarding to the name of the beer. Medium body and refreshing, slightly fruity and mineral in aftertaste. Refreshing and almost extremely quaffable, nothing weird going on here just a fine thirst quencher.

Bottle. A hazy orange colored beer with a small off-white head. Lime, lemon and a touch of vegetables in the aroma. Some spiced notes too. It's medium bodied and dry on the palate, with some saltyness and a pleasant sourness. Lemon, lime, bread dough notes and some spices in the flavor. Lasting finish. Not much carrot going on, which I think is just fine. 191223

Mi2 på Cardinal des-19, og vi er i full gang med aktiv ruspleie i trygge omgivelser. Fra flaske: lett uklar ys strågylden med fint skum som varer. Frisk, sursyrlig og med et snev av salt. Limeinnslaget er tydelig gulrøttene kjenner jeg ikke noe til, men når jeg ser det gulrotfargede innholdet i seremonimester Melbergs glass (han fikk slanten i denne flasken) og når jeg får lukte på dette er gulrotpreget tydelig. Her må det gjøres mer research, så jeg satser på at min favorittpusher i Straensenteret har denne i hyllene. 0,33 flaske fra nevnte leverandør, hjemme en søndagskveld mens jeg lager middag: ai, ai - her gjør bunnfallet susen! Meget frisk, freidig og ikke minst velsmakende når gulrotpreget kommer til sin rett. Opp fra min opprinnelige 3.2-rating, og mersmaken tilsier at det er helt på sin plass. Uklar oransjegylden med fint skum som varte.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 02.12.19. Cloudy pale straw colour. Aroma and taste of lactic acid, salt, lime, carrots and pickled cucumbers.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours cloudy golden with white head. Aroma of carrots, lemons. Tastes slightly sour and salty. Thin bodied. Interesting.
