375 ml green bottle, from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. ABV is 4.5%. Very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, sour plums and lemons. Fairly sour flavour, brettanomyces, plums and lemons again. Astringent finish. Quite nice.

0,375 flaske fra Fristeriet i Lars Hertervigs gate, hjemme: lett uklar sitrongul med kort skum. Astringerende aroma og smak med tydelig preg av brett. Syrlige epler og småsure plommer i bakgrunnen Ganerensende og forfriskende, men på ingen måte verdt den nærmest ublu prisen.

Uklar gul med lavt skum. Lukter eple og gjær. Smaker syrlig. Eple og plomme.

Bottle. Slightly unclear pale golden body, kinda white wine colour, under a small white head. Aroma has grapes, acidic berries, a light hint of wood and slightly funky. Taste has sweet pale malt, fruit, acidic berries like currants, gooseberry and mild funk. The plum taste might be like a placebo flavor for me as this was only recognized when reading about it afterward. Quite light bodied with a tarter and more acidic (sour berries/lemon) aftertaste than the first impressive from this beer. Nice and refreshing, a bit on the sweeter side for the style, not very complex, feels still quite young, would probably improve a lot with some storage.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Cloudy pale yellow body, naked at the surface, scattered lacing. Moderate smell of mid-dry fruity skins. Taste of brett, plums, and lemony tartness. Tart and dry ending. Okay cleanser, not a favourite though. (Tromsø 16.12.2020).

8-3-7-4-15 Bottle, almost ten years before bbd. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow, with a small rocky head. Aroma is lactic acid with fruity notes of fruit peel, berries and bretty minerals, as well as light funky farmhouse notes. Light body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid, with fruity notes of plums, stone fruits, currants and bretty notes of apples and minerals, as well as sour candy, dry notes of leaves and musty fruit peel.

Apollon 090820. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, yeast. Flavor is sourness, fruit, funk, plums, brett, funk, lemon. Easy drinkable beer.
