330 ml can, bb 01/2022. Pitch black body, with a small, creamy, dark beige head. Aroma of caramel fudge, dark chocolate, tobacco, coffee, moderate whisky. Tastes quite similar, with some more soy sauce, some roasty burn. Full, oily mouthfeel, with a low carbonation. Finishes warm, a bit astringent, roasty, a bit burnt, moderate sweet, with dark chocolate, caramel, whisky, some tobacco, some coffee. Very nice. Well balanced between sweet caramel and chocolate notes, a robust, a bit burnt roastiness and very well integrated whisky barrel. Drinks quite heavy, while comfortable and warm. Not my favorite Caramel Fudge variant, but another lovely sipper. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

Can, deep dark brown color. Soft roast and toffee in the aroma. Full bodied. Massively sweet, soft roast, toffee and coffee. Vanilla and bourbon. Slightly alcoholic. Too sweet for me, but perfectly acceptable.

Slciker doesn't feel 11,5 % ABV, caramel candy, chocolate, twix, no real barrel, candy, vanilla faintest bitter in the back, pure candy bar & oddly low extremely tasty. Low fake feel but super tasty as well.

33cl Can, thanks Harmen! Black colour, beige-brown head. Aroma of fudge, chocolate, brown sugar, bourbon, hint of wood, booze, roast. Flavour of fudge, chocolate, roast, subtle sweet bourbon, hint of vanilla, bittersweet finish. Full bodied. Lovely stuff, good to see not all BA Kees beers are green apple bombs.

0,33l can at home courtesy of Saeglopur, big thanks. No BB date because stamp on the bottom of the can is not readable. black color, small coffee colored head. smells marzipan, nutty, vanilla, caramel, some fudge, light maple. nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes of caramel, vanilla, light maple, marzipan, nutty, some sweetness, some wood, light bourbon, fudgy, cocoa (once it warms up). finishes lightly sweet with notes of fudge, cocoa and some vanilla notes. very nice one, taste was almost a bit thin at first, but once it warms up the fudgy / cocoa notes come through a lot more, a touch boozy once warm though. Overall great balance, smooth to drink.

Not quite as good as the bourbon barrel aged version but still an amazing beer. Loaded with fudge, sweet malt and coffee and even some whisky. Just a great impy.

Can shared in London - cheers to Old Kenny. Pours deep brown with a foamy, tan head. Good stuff, lightly oxidised, with notes of brown bread, alcohol, toasted caramel, faint wood. Full bodied with fine carbonation and oily texture. Warming finish, moderately sweet. Nice one.
