Bottle from Beer Zoo, Dunbar. Appearance - golden with a juice fluffy white head. Nose - green herbs, light biscuit and citrus. Taste - green herbs, almost green peppercorns, lemon and bready. Palate - light bodied and with refreshing bitterness. Overall - lovely pilsner.

Rocky white head left a creamy froth on a straw coloured body. Grain, biscuit & cereal aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a sharp clean back. Bitter, malt, grainy, biscuit & fruity tastes with a tangy lightly hopped finish. Standard

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light hops, a little floral, and malt. Flavour is light sweet and above light bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. A very decent crisp pilsner.

Von Schönramer hatte ich schon lange kein Bier mehr. Dafür habe ich ein gewisses Interesse an bayrischen Pils entwickelt -da kommt dieses Bier gerade recht. Es ist ein relativ bitteres Pils mit herben Noten nach Gras, Baumrinde und frischen Walnüssen. Das macht es sehr komplex, was ich mir nicht erwartet habe. Es ist kein einfaches Easy-drink-Bier, aber hat auf jeden Fall seine Vorzüge wie ein ausgewogenes intensives Aromenspiel.

Bottle drunk after late meetings until 9.30p, 1:1 compared with the Grünhopfen pils from the same brewery. Pale yellow gold, thin head. Mild grain nose, rounded profile. Flavor is dry, earthy-spicy, sharp grain profile, high but smooth bitterness. It doesn't have the same dry-white-wine (Hallertau Blanc) bite of the Grünhopfen version, and the aftertaste is much smoother and more pleasant than the seasonal variety.

Bottle at home, 16th January 2021. Pours a straw yellow beer, clear with a white head. Aroma is straw, fresh grass, light herbal. Taste is clean, biter, grass, hay, light herb, floral. Great pils

Bottle from Cornelius. Clear golden body with a white head that holds well. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of earth, grass and raw potato. Flavour of grassy hops and a hint of peppery spice. Thin body with a light, slightly oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Fresh and grassy.
