This award winning golden beer has good bitterness levels, with a fresh citrus and hop aroma. A hoppy flavour throughout with a well hopped clean, dry finish.

Cask half pint at No. 7 Market Tavern, Mayfair. Pale golden colour, white head. Moderate aroma, a hint of citrus. The flavour is slightly buttery, again with notes of citrus, decent hops in the finish.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 11 Apr 2014) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with tropical fruit, grass and biscuity malt. Fruity, malty taste with notes of grass, tropical fruit, apricots, hints of grapefruit and a slightly resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing and tasty. Quite nice.

Bottle from Shelley Garden Centre, West Yorkshire. Iād hope this was a bit of a duff bottle, because it was like the liquid version of a well buttered, overripe banana sandwich. Which is alright as a sandwich. But as for a beer...
