Bottle. Pours a clear orange with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a nice tart fruit note with a bit of funk underlying. Flavor is more earthy with a tart fruit note, some oak and a light funk note.

Bottle, thanks sebilinz! Hazy orange color with white head that dissipates fast. Aroma is funk at first, then lots of carrot, earthy, spicy. Taste is sweet cooked carrot. High carbonation. Funny and good!

Tap @Mikkeller Oakland. Pours slightly hazy almost neon orange, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is weird, carrots definitely present, meyer lemon, and basement funk. Flavor is light tart, carrots but almost like carrots turned into a fruit, light funk. Medium body, low carbonation. This was an unusual beer but I kind of dug it!

Keg at Bottle Shop. It pours deep gold with no head (a bit like morning after piss). The aroma is soft, sweet carrot, funky, musty, over ripe apricot/nectarine, apple cider vinegar, damp leaves, wood and some candy. The taste is dry, tart, earthy, funky, musty, farmyard, lemon rind, granny smith apple, sweet carrot, spice, damp wood, wet leaf, slightly savoury/salty with a dry, fruity finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. The balance works for me. Good fun!

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Hazy orange beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles not forming a head. Palate is light, dry and mildly minerally crisp. Modest sourness. Orange and lemon with a touch of sweet carrot. Minerals. Dry crisp finish. Interesting and drinkable.

Carrot in a beer? Hmm I just had to try. Kai-Sindre had one in front of him, so I had to take a shameless ticker rating tfredvik.
Orange golden color and a quite fine and inviting aroma. Pleasant intensity. Medium (+) body and a soft carbonation. Nice balance between sweetness and acidity. Carrot…? Hmm I would probably not have guessed so. But yes it has some carrot notes. I did not really think that would have worked out in a beer, but it certainly did. Also sour, fruity and some oak in the flavor. Nice and tasty this one.

Bottle from Kihoshk. Hazy orange with a small head. Aroma of vegetables, some carrot, bread and some funk. Similar taste. The finish was dry and sour. A different one.
