Keg a tight the LBF Barrel Project - Bermondsey. Pours clear copper with a creamy, off-white head. Lots of lightly toasted bready malts, some caramel, dried citrus peel. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, a touch sticky, more bread and caramel. Fine.

The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, toasted brown sugar, cacao, caramel, toffee, biscuit, spice, tan in and some warning spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad.

Keg at the Barrel Project with harrisoni. Sienna brown and clear with a filmy off-white head. Oak, some astringency with caramel in the aroma. Sweet taste with an earthy hop for balance and a horehound-like medicinal character to the finish. Medoum carbonation lifts the thin body. OK.
