(Draught at Foeders, Amsterdam, 26 Aug 2022) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, sourish nose with caramel, balsamic vinegar, sour cherries and oak wood. Malty, tart taste with notes of caramel, vinegar, oak wood, brett and sour berries. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and rich, leaning in the Flemish brown direction. Very nice.

18 March 2022. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Cheers to the Teamleader crew!
Hazy dark brown, small, foamy, tan head. Aroma of brambleberry, blackcurrant, toast & jam, malt vinegar, lemon peel, wood, blue cheese, sour cream. Taste has sour brambleberry & blueberry over sourdough-like maltiness, bit toasty, edge of vinegar. Woody, tannic finish, quite dry, bit herbal, some dried fruits and warming red wine-like alcohol lingering. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Quite enjoyable.
