Bottle. A really nice non alcoholic beer. Amber red in color with a two finger soap sudsy head. Taste more to the hoppy side but kind of weak.

Deep bright amber coloured body with a very nice, structured two centimetre tall tan and light brown coloured head that stays afloat very nicely over the beautifully twenty-five per cent opaque hazy glow. Aroma of light caramelised sugars, a lot of wort, bread and yeast, with some cherries and apricots noticeable too - interesting in the nose. Light-bodied; Funky, crisp, cardboardie and very easy-going flavour with a lot of wheat and bready notes with some light toffee and caramelised sugars, but nothing too nice on the end. Aftertaste is crisp, dry and very biscuit and bread heavy with no hops, no sugars, no depth and no fruits here at all - some yeast and wort and a bit more malts, but that's it - very watery. Overall, not such a great Non-Alcoholic beer, aside from the look, which is very nice here, and remains looking good until the very end, but sadly it doesn't smell or taste as good as it looks. Nice to try...once...but I'd refuse this in the future - I'd rather just drink water! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 26-November-2022, canned on 05-April-2021 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 14-March-2023.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 19A - adapted: NA). Can 35.5 cl - Batch 16821 (BBF unknown). AROMA: medium aroma of hops (slight grapefruit, lychees), with a medium to medium-low worty-like aroma. APPEARANCE: dark orange to light amber color and slightly hazy. medium ivory head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-low hop flavor (green mango, grapefruit, lychees), followed by low malt background (slight worty, toasty). Medium-high bitterness with a dry and a bit bitter finish with presence of hop flavor. MOUTHFELL: light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: although the aroma and flavor of a NA beer is there, the combination of hops makes it a bit enjoyable, even more so taking into account that it is a NA beer.

Bottle at the DC post-Thanksgiving 2021 gathering. Poured a clear orange color with a very large white head. Aroma was sweet, not really heavy on the malts, or even on spicy hops. Actually pretty good for a near beer. Fair stuff. I don't think I'd buy this, but it's certainly a decent NA beer.

12oz bottle pours a dark orange with no head. Flabby nose, malt, pumpkin. Flavor is just cheap malt and cheap spice. Flabby finish, saccharin. Drain pour.

Smooth, sweet, not much depth. Sort of hollow malt syrup tone. First NA dark.

Light roast but not a lot. Some cloying malt. Amber pour. Better than an odouls I guess. Bottle.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours dark amber with a foamy beige head. Malty, somewhat toffee aroma with spice notes. Approaching med bodied. Flavor rather matches the aroma. Not quite dry, moderately bitter. Something doesn't work perfectly - it has that odd flavor of Near Beer of long ago. Works in a pinch.

(Thanks, Jim! Ozzy70) Can. A- Soapy, lemon verbana, tea leaves. A- Amber color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Saltwater taffy, banana, malty, fruity caramel chews, tea. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly chalky finish. O- I was shocked at how much I enjoyed this. Figured it was just a style tick but truthfully, not bad. Balanced if nothing else. I'd drink it.
