Uwarzony z myślą o Święcie Porteru Bałtyckiego (Baltic Porter Day) w 2020 roku. Do długo wylażakowanego, ciemnego piwa dolnej fermentacji, o mocnej podbudowie słodowej i z łagodnymi nutami ciemnych słodów, dodaliśmy bardzo aromatycznych dodatków – prażonego kokosa oraz tostowane drewno Palo Santo, które wprowadza… m.in. kokosowy aromat właśnie! Razem tworzą niebywale pyszne połączenie, a wszystko spaja wyjątkowo aksamitna tekstura, dzięki nasycaniu piwa azotem w specjalnej technologii.

Tap at Kraft, koszi Nari! Black pour with a beige head. Nose is big on coconut and the spicy, slightly floral wood and there’s hints of chocolate and coffee as well. Taste is sweetish, showing grains, booze, chocolate, coconut and a touch of that floral wood again. Closes with a boozy, chocolatey finish with hints of coconut, has a light to medium body and soft carbonation. The adjuncts really shine in this but the body is way too thin. With a bigger body it would’ve been ever better.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Lovely coconut upfront with dark malt, chocolate, bounty bar, cocoa. Flavour is mild sweet and light bitter. Body is above medium. A treat for coconut fiends.

Pours black, medium small tanned head. Scent is coconut & Palo Santo inded, quite ... Soapy? intense lactic/oily like creamyness from the coconut . Still, not bad by any means - even if they're not my personal favorite ingredients. Taste is fairly full, intense coconut, roasty ( dark chocolate) Palo Santo wood finishes off with a gingerbread / cinnamon feel to it. Creamynes enhanced by the nitro. Mild bitterness. Very good beer, but not to my personal liking, unfortunately.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Kontula, 20211026) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, toasted coconut, sweetness and chocolate. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coconut, dark chocolate, sweetness, fresh wood and bitterness. Aftertaste had coconut, fresh wood and bitterness. A nice burnt brew with strong but not disturbing notes of coconut.

Bottle, the label also have NITRO on, but not in the beer name itself. 9.1% pitch dark, brown head that fizzles and disappears quite fast. aroma is tons of coconut, chocolate, syurpy caramelly sweetness. not much malts, they totally drown out in the coconuts and chocolate and syrup. flavor is intense coconut, some roasted malts, syrup and caramel saurce like sweeness, a bit of salty soy sauce and roasted malts towards the end. This almost tastes like bounty and i really don't like bounty, while i do like real fresh coconut juice and untreated coconut. they have gone coconuts with this one. crazy beer. not one for me.

Bottle from Gedeelde Vreugde. Cloudy black, small, foamy, dark beige head. Aroma of coco flakes, chocolate sauce, cake, mocha, vanilla custard, candied fig, toffee. Taste has sweet candied plum, fig, chocolate & toffee with coconut sprinkles on top; light bitter toast against an earthy-umami back. Herbal hoppy finish, toasted coco flakes, vague tobacco yet maintaining chocolatey sweetness; dash of warming liqueur alcohol. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Very nice, perhaps a tad too sweet.
