Italian ice cream inspired sour beer with sweet notes from milk sugar and fruits. Refreshing and loaded with fruits. Brewed with blueberry, banana, ube yam & violet plant.

Inspirowany włoskimi lodami słodko-kwaśny pastry sour doładowany po sufit jagodami i bananami, w którym głęboką, fioletową barwę uzyskaliśmy dzięki dodatkowi puree z różowego batata (popularnego bułgarskiego dodatku do lodów) oraz fiołków, które w przeszłości były często używane do barwienia soków dla dzieci produkowanych w Bułgarii.
Intensywny banan i jagoda, przyjemnie gęsta tekstura, balans pomiędzy słodyczą i kwasowością przechylony delikatnie w stronę tej drugiej.

Tap at Kraft. Purpleish burgundy pour with a pink head. Packed with berries, red grapes and tropical fruity notes as well as stone fruits, mainly cherries. Moderately tart with sweetish touches here and there, light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught@TCBW2023. Murky deep purple, small pinkish red head. Aroma is vanilla, some bananas, mild berry tones with some slight tartness and wood. Flavour is blueberries, bananas, some vanilla (ice cream) with some mild wooden tones too.

Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. Hazy, red with violet tint. AROMA- vanilla, lactose, blueberries with cream. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, lightly sour, blueberries with cream, lactose. No recognisable banana for me. Medium, syrupy body. Very good.

Dark red-purple body, with a creamy, pink head. Aroma of berry sweets, bubblegum, some citrus, moderate sourness. Tastes similar. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel. Finishes sweet, slightly sour, fruity, with sweets. Too sweet throughout and the berry aromas feel quite artifical. I've had much better pastry sours. Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 14

From 0,75l bottle at Nicos. Purple hazy color, small white head. smells berry notes, earthy, grassy, pastry notes. full body, soft carbonation. tastes pastry notes, spices, vanilla, peppery, berry notes. finishes bitter / sweet with notes of berry notes, vanilla and spices. Not my kind of beer, too much spices

Tap at Drinkoteka, thx Barba! Murky purple body, pinkish head. Pleasant blueberry ice cream aroma. Blueberry ice cream taste, bit melted. Pretty much nails what it emulates.

On tap at Craft & Draft, pours an opaque dark purpleish pinkish red with a small pink-tinged beige head. Aroma brings out notes of blueberry, vanilla ice cream, and a touch of banana. Flavour is sweet and sour, with lots of vanilla ice cream and banana upfront, complemented by sweet blueberries. It's an atrocity but it's not terrible. Not what I want to drink, but it does sandwich big stouts decently.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours hazy purple with a medium creamy head. Aroma is sweet and tart malts with blueberries and banana. Flavor is sweet and tart malts, blueberries, banana, vanilla. Very nice.
