Can shared with Undos and Gabor Gábor, courtesy of markoijelena, thanks a lot dude! Pours a deeper, copperish golden with an off-white head. Nose is caramel, dried fruits, vanilla, intense esters and furthet fruity notes. Taste is on the sweet side, showing booze, dark sugars, caramel, esters, vanilla and other oak notes and a light citric character. Closes with a long lasting, sweet and warming finish, has a medium to full body with average to high carbonation.

Pretty clear dark purple brown beer, lots of tiny specks (protein flakes), no head. Aroma: oh my, lovely, a bit oxidised, dried fruits, raisins, caramel, some ripe banana, soft roast, some chocolate, malty. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: good bitterness, up front, quite some tannins, caramel, chocolate. Aftertaste: alcohol, banana peel, a bit yeasty, lots of dark chocolate, vanilla, caramel, bitter finish, alcohol, sugary still, very nice, very good!

Can shared among three. Pours very dark caramel, small head. Aroma is very rich, caramel, prune, fig, dark malts, chocolate. Intense molasses, licorice, cinnamon, which is interesting. Maybe a little orange, but hard to pick up - maybe a bit of a orange liqueur note. Flavour is very rich, malty, sweet. Lots of dark malt complexity with caramel, molasses, licorice, cinnamon, fig and prune. Orange comes out more here, licorice is toned down which I'm happy about. A nice interesting and spicy quad.

Can from Deconinck. Hazy dark brown, thin, tan head. Aroma of prune, raisin, red apple, toffee, wet wood, cognac, moist tobacco, clove, almond. Taste has sweet prune, date & raisin, some pear & quite a lot of liquorice, phenolic & herbal in a toffee-malt body. Herbal hoppy finish, woody, lingering dried fruits & spicy liquorice, warming cognac-like alcohol. Medium to full body, syrupy texture, average carbonation. Good (hard to kick a Quad for me) but needs more balance.

Can shared thanks to Thijs. Bit hazy deep brown with beige head. Sweet sugary malts, fresh oak, caramel, licorice root, dry wood, twigs, earthy, dry spices, dusty, walnuts. Quite sweet but also over medium bitter. Full bodied with oily feel. Decent.

Lata 33 cl de vivalabirra tomada en Belmonte 15..02..2021. Color oscuro turbio con espuma beige oscura que desaparece al poco tiempo por completo. Sabores intensos maltosos tostados con toques de maderas. Bastante buena

Can. Brown pour. Aroma of caramelised malt, raisin, orange, dates, booze, oak, grapes and licorice. Taste has boozy orange, licorice, caramelised malt, oak, cognac booze, dates and tongue-numbing booze in the finish. Way too rough and boozy, lacks refinement and pronounciation.

Dark brown colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have sweet and spicy cake notes. Quite a lot of liquorice too. Orange syrup. Strong and sweet.
