Pours unclear, slightly orange blonde. No real head. Scent is very fruit forward, super natural and fresh. The bottle is 2021, drinking in 2025 - so this is a bit of a surprise, but a very pleasant one indeed. It's like actually smelling (quality) fruit! Mild lambic funk in the back, some oak, but fruit does take the (nice) lead ! Taste is vibrant, fruity, with an almost coockie dough, vanilla like feature in the back. Medium acidity, tad astrigent as well - but nothing out of balance. Still véry fruitforward. Milder on the funk. Pretty nice ! Very low, but not completely absent carbo. Being a person that barely ever eats fruit - this is a type and quality of fruit I would actually like ! Tad harsh acidity in the late aftertaste.

375ml bottle pours a murky orange, not much head. Big apricot nose, orange, peach, natural wine. Flavor is high acid and has peach, apricot, funk, big yeast here. Fruity and funk. Nice and balanced.

Fles 37,5cl thuis. Flink fruitig, zuurtonen, pruim, zoeten, hout, kers, groene appel, acidic, licht wrang, redelijk zacht. (26-12-2023).

375ml bought during the epic beer trip shared with Phill and Faress @ Ryan's. 2021 Vintage. Appearance: hazy pale golden with no head. There was no pop at all during the opening. Aroma: very nice plums with a lot of tea notes accompanied by funk, honey, and flowers. Almost flat. Taste: along the same lines, lots of hay, fruit, and funk. Overall: very nice!

Poured from 375mL bottle (2021 vintage). Hazy yellow gold with minimal white head. Lots of plums, mild funk, enjoyable.

Bottle 0,375 at Luppolo Stetion in Rome-Italy. Unfiltered bright orangey color, just a lacing. Nose: peach aroma, strawberries, fruity, mild acetic. Mouth has an incredible intensity, citric and it’s so much fruit and lovely peppery mild finish.

Bottle shared at a tasting at troubles' place. Murky orange. Great Mirabel plum, barnyard, oak, citrus, sour, juicy, fresh, rounded. Wonderful.

Green bottle, 37.5 cl, 2020 vintage, via Philippe Boutin (merci!) on September 2, 2022, savoured on December 14, 2022; eye: golden, slightly cloudy, no effervescence, no head, no lacing; nose: fruity, acidity, sourness, earthy, slight wild yeasts, slight musk, plum; mouth: acidity, fruity, light residual sugar, plum, acidic finale with presence of plum, medium body, average carbonation, slightly sweet, slick texture; in summary: correct FRANÇAIS

Bottle: Poured a yellow color lambic with a small foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some nice plum notes and light tart funky ester. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some plum notes with some funky ester and light acidity. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable fruited lambic with nice plum notes.

Clear blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, funky, dry impression, peaches, mirabel prunes, nice! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: wow, very nice, super fruity, juicy, lots of mirabel prunes, almost sweet, very nice and clean acidity, lovely stuff! Aftertaste: very fruity, juicy, some tropical fruits, lots of mirabels, very nice!
