Solid ipa that it was perfect after a sunny sunday after the job. This one is rather classical, dry malt, citrus, bitter, aromatic with a nice touch of pineapple and tropical fruits, drinking it at our hotel, in Sevilla, la Buhaira.

Bottle at the source. Poured hazed amber with a decent beige foam. Aroma: malt, caramel, grass. Taste: light to moderate sweet & moderate bitter, caramel malts, some bcitrus, pine. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Nice old school malty IPA, reminds me of 2013 or thereabouts.

Bottled 330ml (Cerveceria Internacional). Hazy golden colour and small white head. Grapefruit, sweetish tropical fruits but overall light nose. Light to medium-bodied. Grapefruit, mango, pine in the flavour. Light yeastyness. A ok.

Bottled. A golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a super large off-white foamy head with great retention. Aroma of earthy hops notes with light caramel malt notes is OK. Taste is a mix of caramel malt with some earthy hops with some bitter notes that are noticeable. Body is light with extreme carbonation. Not bad overall but carbonation was way over the top for the style.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 12C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown. AROMA: dominant hop aroma with notes of papaya/mango, some resin and pine. background of caramelized malt. APPEARANCE: amber color and hazy. initial large ivory head that transforms into average, with good retention. TASTE: well balanced hop flavours (pine and resin) with caramelly and toffee-like malt notes. some faint esters (raisins). medium bitterness that lingers beyond a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with moderate carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: a very nice and balanced IPA. Recommended.
