We brewed pretty traditional wort, used some noble hops in the whirlpool, then we fermented it carefully and after that slowly maturated it for 3 months on cold temperatures. Meanwhile, we gently dry-hopped it with Cascade hops, which gives it delicate fruitiness without choking crispness and makes it one very tasty and crushable beer. Sounds pretty simple and is when you have super ingredients and marvellous brewing people.

Can at home. Semi clear golden body, white head. Nose is cereals, bready malts, hoppy touches. Taste is somewhat sweet, bready, but mainly light to mid bitterness, grassy and herbal. I probably wouldnt even have guessed it was Cascade. Oh well. A nice, refreshing pils, but the hop character is a tad too much.

500ml can. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, fluffy moderately lasting and lacing, snow-white head. Herbal-grassy and slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally spicy yeasty and spicy, malty aroma, hints of hay, old lemon peel, a touch of nettle, thistle, whiffs of mustard seed. Taste is bitter, grassy, slightly herbal hoppy, minimally grainy, spicy, pale malty with some residual sweetness, a touch of hay and old lemon peel, nettle, thistle, minimally waxy overtones. Slightly oily texture smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation . Well crafted, nice, subtle dirtiness - good.

500ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, May 21. Pours a misty yellow with good white head. Nicely hoppy pils this, good floral cascade notes coming through. Decent.

17th May 2021 Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie; four of us splitting 14 beers and eating snacks. A fun evening, although the Polish Strawberry flavoured 'Flips' didn't go down too well. Half litre can: BB 2nd Nov 2021, cheers Mat for this offering. Hazed golden body, large white head. Hoppy and fairly bitter for a Pils, liked it.

27/III/21 - 44cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 2/XI/21 (2021-227)
Clear blond beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty malty, grains, cow fodder, little fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty, grains, good bitterness, bit sweet, fruity, very nice malts, slightly metallic. Aftertaste: nice malts, little sweet, fruity, some citrus, bit grassy, very decent lager. Could’ve used some more bitter hops, if you ask me.

Canned 500ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, grassy and mild herbal nose. Grassy, hoppy, grainy, touch of spices and mild bitter finish.

Can. Crystal clear golden, solid white head. Grassy nose, a bit ofbread in teh back. Taste follows, grassy bitterness, quite solid and a bit sharp. Some spices. Lasting aftertaste. Light body. Fresh and crisp. Nice one, though a bit sharp at times.

EIn weiteres Bier aus der Extinction is forever!-Serie der Bevog-Brauerei mit der auf vom Aussterben bedrohter Tiere aufmerksam gemacht werden soll. Der namensgebende RIverine rabbit, auf Deutsch Buschmannhase (Bunolagus monticularis) ist auch auf der Dose gezeigt und seine Geschichte ein bisschen erklärt. Das Bier ist ein modernisierte Variante des klassischen Pils, das man mit ordentlichen Schuss Aromahopfen aufgepeppt hat. An der Rückbesinnung zu den alten Stilen gefällt mir, dass man neues im alten Gewnd bekommt ohne komische Experimente oder fader Allgemeinheit. Ein Bier, das man durchaus empfehlen kann.

Can, thanks Stefan! Hazy golden, white lace. Perfumed hops, light papery, hayish. Medium chewy body, mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Nice hoppy base - citrus and aromatics. Grainy cobwebby grain base. Not super clean base but nice hop profile.

Can. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, cereals, earthy, quite fresh hops. Taste is cereals, grassy hops, a tiny touch of veggies, earthy hops too. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Alright!
