440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, as Lineman Astral Grains Foreign Extra Stout. ABV is 7.2%. Black colour, moderate to small tan head. Aroma of roast malts and coffee, hints of dark bitter chocolate. Flavour with the same elements, slightly on the dry side, medium bitter finish.

Can 440ml @ Rasmus hyttetur. Pours black with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate and caramel. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long chocolate and caramel. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft

Et nytt bryggeri er alltid velkommen til statistikken min, og her i form av en 0,44 enkeltmannspakke fra fjernlageret i Verksgata : brunsvart med et mørkerødt skjær og tett, beige skum som varer så lenge det trengs. De mørke malter er som seg hør og bør i førersetet, tett etterfulgt av mørke karamelchokolader, litt furunål og noe urteaktig. Tørr og gledelig avslutning. A stylish stout.

Can @ home. Almost black body under a nice, foamy beige head. Aroma has roasted dark malt, coffee and chocolate. Taste is well balanced, smooth roasted, dark malt, a fine touch of coffee and dark chocolate with balanced bitterness. Fine body and pleasant aftertaste. Very nice, classic stout. Ticks all the boxes, not much to complain about here.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Lacing rings down the glass from a firm, beige head, near-black body. Roasted chocolate malts, mid-sweet, aromas, promising. Fine blended dark malty flavours, moments of chocolate-coffee added by a backdrop of dark fruits, and ash. Gently roasted finish. Fine depth to it. Like it. (Tromsø, 18,03.2026).

Roasted malt, cold coffee, old fondant. Restrainedly sweetish blackberry, coffee, roasted malt. Earthy hops, coffee, toast. Average to fizzy carbonation. Restrained, the ABV suggested a bit more flavour though.
