Bottle, thanks Andrew!! Pours hazy orange, small white head, minimal lacing. Aroma is funk, basement, feet, yogurt. Flavor is light tart, medium funk. Light body, smooth.

Golden-amber, moderate hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, off-white head. Beautiful aroma of basement, horse blanket, apricot, citrus, apple, straw. Tastes similar, while even fruitier, with some lovely overripe fruits. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes perfect, balanced, smooth, fruity, medium funky, medium dry, slightly acidic. Amazing! My favorite Tilquin so far, complex, characterful, but most of all so balanced and well drinkable. Beautiful mix, of rustic funk and fruit notes. 9 / 4 / 9 / 5 / 17

0,75l bottle at home. BB . yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, cheesy, hay, some stone fruits, some wood. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, stone fruits, hay, bit flowery, bit musty, cheesy. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, citrus and musty notes. nice stuff, I found it rather heavy, lacks some crispness. but overall very nice one, probably a bit more age would work for me.

Bottle pour at the Grand Delancey. Pours orange yellow. Funk, toast, charred oak, vanilla, lemon, white wine vinegar, strong tartness, delicate elderflower and apricot notes, grapefruit zest. Medium body. Good.

Corked bottle at Weathered 2022, Vancouver
Hazy blond colour, darker shade. Prominent barnyard smell, funky, and delicate fruit. Sharp acidity, but with mellow tones too, some residual sweetness apparently; astringent, with barnyard character, wood, and mild fruit character. Great.

Sample at RB Watford tasting (10/12/2021) - tart fruity notes of stonefruit with peach, apricot, tangy fruity, touch of lemon, farmyard notes, medium body and high acidity, tart lingering fruity close. Lovely.

Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is wonderfully funky, with intense barnyard funk and leather. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with loads of barnyard funk, leather, and light-moderate tartness. Beautiful blend and excellent expression of the funk. Lovely.
