500ml can from BeerGeek bottleshop in Prague. Pours a very dark brown with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, brown sugar & roasted malt. Medium body. Moderate bitter finish. Very enjoyable

Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours dark brown, with a nice head of light brown foam. Aroma is earthy, slightly funky. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter, with sensible sweetness too. Final is average.

Ein Kamenice-Bier, das man nicht so leicht bekommt. Ein durchaus ausgewogenen Dunkles, das nicht zu süß ist. Es mag keine fancy Aromen haben, ist aber ein ehrliches, uriges tschechisches Dunkles.

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with some red tinges. Cherries, brown sugar and hints of cola in the aroma. Chocolate, cherries and some earthy and slightly acidic notes in the taste. A pale (no pun intended!) shadow of their lighter beers.

Tap at Decent. Low soft caramel and cocoa aroma, vaguest of herbal notes. Dry, light taste, bit caramelly, grainy, some citric-herbal hoppy touches, low chocolate. Relatively empty but nice enough!

Weird I missed it before. Oh well. Daaark chestnut brown body, beige head. Interesting aroma, dried fruit and coffee notes with some light chocolatey roastiness popping up too, maaybe very light green apple. Simple sweetish taste, soft coffee, maybe light raisins, light chocolatey rostiness here and there, mild dark malt tartness too, very light hoppy bitterness. Quite clean and drinkable in any case. 8/6/7/8/6.5

On tap at Beer Geek Prague. Black beer lasting tan head. some bitterness on the finish. some light chocolate flavour. some dryness. good body. I mean I liked it. some cola character. good though. solid. light dark cherry bitterness.

bottle from Kralupská Pivotéka U Chameleona. Deep brown colour, tall and creamy beige head. Rasty malt flavours with chocolate and shy coffee plus some earthy hops. Very pleasant palate.
