Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Clear deep golden. Fruity esters, spicy, sweetish, bitterish finish.

Can. Hazy amber body with an off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of coriander, honey and caramel. Flavour of blood orange, earth and tomato. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Very fizzy.

Can at home in Hackney - big thanks to Garrold! So glad to see the former Pretty Things operation in the UK now. I had this beer in its previous incarnation in August 2010 - really it was an incredibly different era for beer, and for me. Anyhow, this beer pours clear honey-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Nice and fairly crisp, with a bit of lemony pith, dry pale grains, soft yeast expression, a little alcohol. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, a suggestion of citric tang, touches of grassy bitterness, orange rind. Great depth. Pretty dynamic. Fun stuff.

Keg at Brauhaus. It pours clear yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, almost sweet, brioche, sponge cake, hay, light spice, nougat, cereal, soft fruits and white grape. The taste is dry, bitter, a bit funky, cracker, straw, hay, white grape, gooseberry, some sponge cake, crackery malt, light spice and a nip of alcohol. Medium body and fine, spritzy carbonation. Nice depth, yet subtle. Comes together well.

Can, many thanks Tara! Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is grassy, white wine, gooseberries, biscuity malts and milky yeasts. Taste is a bit grainy, milky, lemony, lots of juicy hops again, fruity finish with a touch white pepper. Juicy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. I like, but it's not very Saisony.

Tap, at the brewery. Also in can, at home. Vibrant, pale gold. Thin and dense, lasting, semi lacing, white head. Nose has floral, herbal, spicy hop leaf. Lemony brett. Touch of sourdough. Touch of white grape. Taste is sweet and bready first off, with a tangy, tart, bretty, bright hop bitterness. Light to medium body. Some hop oiliness. Fine carbonation. Lingering hop and lemony brett bitterness to finish. I could happily (and just did) drink this all day.
