Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is nectar, some wood, mild herbal tones along with some toffee and spruce. Flavour is sweet malts, alcohol, some wood, dried fruits and mild toffee as well as some rye elements. Sweet, but still pleasant sipper.

Bottle. Light hazy brown, no head. Raisin, baked apple brown sugar. Medium full chewy body. Sweet base, crumble cake. Citrus notes. Fun.

Darkest brown. Aroma is raisins dried fig dried plum dense malt and melasses. Taste is intense sweet juice of grapes raisins and caramel. No bitter counterpoint. Not very boozy. Not bad.

Bottle. Dark brown color with no head. Aroma is intense raisins, pedro ximenez-like sweetness. Taste is intense raisins, sweet, grape juice, super sweet, almost no hops. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. A bit overdone.

ABV: 12.8%. Clear dark brown colour with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, malty, rich, sweet woody, light sweet smoked - sweet smoked meat. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, sweet wood, candy, dark fruit - dried fruit, light sweet smoked - sweet smoked meat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming. [20220107]
