[January 2022] Cloudy orange gold with a frothy white head and a citrus nose. It's a fruity little number, with citrus hops, tangerine, tropical fruit, a hint of pine and a lovely bitterness, all delivered on a fizzy, sherberty mouthfeel

Murky pale golden color with medium white head. Aroma: juicy and exotic packed with pomelo, mango, honeydew, pine. Taste: juicy with loads of mango, honeydew, pomelo, resin. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Hella full of Simcoe, bringing best of the hop strain and let it play the first fiddle. Simply excellent.

Can, thanks Fin! Drunk after working on an amplifier cabinet, mmm woodworking. Yellow hazy, moderate head. First whiff was lychee, then some caramel notes and stone fruits with pineapple and resin. Great rounded dank flavor with apricot, pine, and mild tropical hints. Very clean and balanced.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from BD Dalston. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Light-medium sweet, pretty dry and pithy, some lemon, grapefruit, light mineralogy, pine, white pepper. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pithy finish, light piney bitterness, supportive dry pale malts, pithy lemon. Sound.

Can, from the big bastard Tesco in Hull, which is one of the biggest advantages of getting your booked snap there, seeing as it’s a 3 minute walk from the fucking horrendous messroom (the odd Hull crew member apart). Anyhoo. Hazed straw gold. CW / BD swede. Nose is a bit off here. Bit of a papery thing going on. Dusty and dry. Taste is a mish mash of oat sweetness and fusty bitterness. Decent enough on the palate with fine brisk carbonation. Dry and bitter finish. Could be me, but this was like something that’s been sat about on a warm supermarket shelf for a while.

Panda thanks to Fergus: Poured a hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is super hops bouquet, fruity. Taste is sticky fruits, bitter hops, citrus, grapefruit, tropical, tingles and lingers.
