Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Trembling Madness online. Pours mostly clear orange (early pour, little cloudy late pour) with a small, foamy white head. Tasty, lightly sweet, with some tangerine, maybe peach, I suppose hints of carrots (only because I read that), light acidity, mellow salty bite. Light bodied with small carbonation. Pretty refreshing finish, a little citric. Nice one.

Hazy pinky-orange colour, tiny head. Earthy, slightly tarty aroma ... maybe it is carrot here. Light-bodied. Salty, slightly tart, a bit juicy and with earthy notes. Refreshing. Ok.

Bottle at home. It pours cloudy rich carrot orange with a tiny white head. The aroma is salty, savoury, sweaty funk, definite carrot character, green, herbal, coriander and wet hay. The taste is crisp, dry, savoury, salty, musty, slightly lactic, sweet ripe carrot, earthy roost veg, sweet potato almost, coriander, sourness and minerals with some carrot through the finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Unique and fun stuff.

Keg at the Pint Shop, Bingoham, Cotts Convention V day, 08/06/19. Hazed orange with a reddish glint topped with a faded crimson cap that dissipates to edgework. Nose is tangy fruits, citric tinged straw, dusty green berries, lemon rind. Taste comprises red berry pips, funk, grass, berry skins, hay bale, damp cloth, trace of root vegetables. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

19 May 2019. At SWAFFF!, Brussels. Cheers Anke, Erwin & Ama Deke! Hazy ochre-orange, no head. Aroma of young apple & pear, wheat, sourdough, salt, carrot juice, lemon peel. Taste is light to medium fruity sour, green apple & lemon on a wheaty & sourdough-like base, subtle sweetish notes, bitter grass, earth & earthy carrot underneath, faintest salty accent leading to a dryish, grassy hoppy finish with lingering wheat, yellow fruit, lemon & a touch of pepper. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy to lively carbonation. Odd overall, but I can't complain.
