Clear pale gold with a frothy white head and a floral aroma, with a touch of bready malt and yeast apparent. Dry bitterness prevails in the flavour, with some floral and light malt notes, light bodied and very slightly grainy

Can @Les Vignerons (Rome). Dorata, un filo velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note citriche, erbacee, leggera resina, biscotto. In bocca è equilibrata, con attacco maltato leggero e chiusura amara distintiva, ma non eccessiva. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Davvero niente male!

Cask @ Old Coppers Malt House, Church Stretton after a MTB session at Hopton Woods. Drunk alongside the pub's own Randall-hopped version. Pale gold appearance, white head. Textbook flinty bitter pale with gentle citrus. Fine, but much preferred the pubs Randall-hopped version with distinct NZ hops and a mellowed bitterness.
