Pale gold with a foamy head. Aroma is yeasty in the Belgian manner with a bit of lime and spice. Taste is empty up front, settling gradually into a mild bitterness with a somewhat herbal character. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Drinkable but unremarkable.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, foamy head. Mild banana, coriander, clove, Belgian yeasts, sourdough. Mild dry bitterness, yeasty sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, mild dry yeasty finish. It‘s okay.

Bottle. Lightly hazy pale golden (if you accidently manage to pour the yeast like me). Clementine, light phenols and damp carpet aroma. Medium body, mellow chewy body. Orange cake base, light spices, pleasant balanced fruity beer.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, fading, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, spicy, pale malty and yeasty fruity aroma, a touch of white bread crust, unspecific, minimally earthy hints of orchard fruit, a touch of quince, rhubarb. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally bready and oaty, pale malty, yeasty fruity, minimally fruity hoppy, hints of orange peel, orchard fruit, cautious spiciness with a touch of cardamom and coriander. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Harmonious, balanced, drinkable - very nice.

Bottle picked up at the brewery after a brewery tour and during an 80+km cycle ride around the Chiemsee. Had this at home Wednesday 9th June 2021, listening to Ezra Furman on 6Music standing in for Marc Riley, we had Chilli con Carne for tea with Guacamole, Salsa and Tacos. This pours hazy gold, with a white head. There is a citrus mix on the nose sweet orange for certain but also a touch of tropical fruit. Flavour wise it falls a little flat, it could do with being just a little more assertive, yes there is a little fruit, it's refreshing but for flavour and style wise it's not really doing it for me.
