Not my style but I will give a good rate, staying objective. Woaw you really have the impression to eat all the beeches of Poland and Russia, bacon and it is really smocked, elegant side of vanilla, roasted malt, coffee, syrupy, boozy, a beer of winter, 09.04.21

Bottle shared at a tasting, koszi Peti! Pours black with beige head. Nose is intense smoke, booze, malts and dried fruits. Taste is beautifully balanced sweet booze and smoked malts and dried fruits with a long lasting sweet and peaty finish. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Outstanding, the smoked malts and dried fruits make an awesome combination.

11.01.2019 Aromat wędzony dymny, szynka, śliwka, słody palone, rodzynki Beżowa piana, ciemno brązowy kolor Smak słodki bardzo, goryczka dość niska wędzona. Śliwka figi Nagazowanie niskie, ciało ciężkie, gładkie, lepkie oleiste, finisz słodki wędzony, alkohol wyczuwalny, ale nie jakiś spirytusowy. Ogólnie piwo dobre ciekawe, wędzone fest i słodkie

Аромат очень крепкий и сильный. Сразу впечатляет и удивляет много под копченого солода, что не очень стандартно для Балтийского портера. Также легкие землянистые нотки, немного винные и сливовые ароматы, изюм. Цвет коричневый, что тоже удивительно при такой плотности. Вкус странный, очень угольный и копченый. Неплохой вроде но не в этом стиле. Сначала какая то угольная сухость идет. Пиво явно сильно кислит. Далее солод и его копченость, но уже не резкая но продолжительная. Скорее даже дымка а не копченость. При глотке кислинка только усиливается. Немного хмелевой горчинки, но очень мягкой. Ну и слива с изюмом. В целом вроде неплохой пиво, но не для этого стиля, уж сорян.

Can at Kegzistence, Pilzen, Saturday 20th January 2024 in the company of Nick and Anna. Pours black with a beige head, looks good. Bonfire, burnt jacket potato, a little smoked mackerel bonkers aroma. Taste tangy, smoky, cigarette, ash, tart plum. This is a good beer, Nick hates it, Loz doesn't mind it, Anna wasn't a fan.

Bottle 0.33l from our archive, half and three years aged. A bit cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- strongly smoked to burnt, smoked plums, ash, dark bread crusts, dark chocolate. FLAVOR- very sweet, moderately bitter, strongly roasted, burnt, ash, tar, strongly smoked plums. Fuller bodied. Sooo sweet, sooo burnt but sooo good, too.

Keg at Maryensztadt taproom/restaurant, Warsaw, 15/07/19. Light black with a decent tan cap that clears to a swirl. Nose is light smoke, dates, dried fruits, ashen tones, roast malts. Taste comprises smoked malts, figs, fruit cake, dates, spice, herb, plummy tones. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Good complex and balanced flavour profile to this one.
