Cask at Small Bar, Bristol. Pours lightly hazed brown amber with a beige head. Aroma: malt, nuts, toffee. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, bread, caramel, toffee, candied peel. Medium body, soft carb, dryish finish

Tap. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is nutty, toffee, molasses. Taste is nutty, toffee, light caramel, earthy. Almost chalky mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

Keg at the taproom. Pours orange, nose is floral, toffee, nutty, taste is sweet toffee, nutty, sugary.

On tap at the brewery tap Bermondsey with Harry. Brown ale. Lasting beige head. Malty aroma. Malty flavour light milk chocolate flavour too fizzy . Decent brown ale. Caramel toffee flavour. Too fizzy.

Cask at Moor bermondsey. A reddy brown coloured pour with a lasting a sticky off white head. Aroma is dry nutty malts, berry, light fruit, nutty, mineral. Little metallic. Flavour is composed of dusty nutty, woody, metallic, berry, cakey malts, Palate is semi sweet, drying moderate carbonation.. Lingeting bitter cakey malts

Cask at Moor. It pours deep red - brown with a small bubbly beige head. The aroma is earthy, woody, weather, brown bread, coffee grounds and nut. The taste is dry, bitter, toasted nut, wood, leather, chewy, full caramel and brown bread with a drying finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Not bad for the style.

Cask at the Moor tap - London. Pours unclear brown with a tight, creamy tan head. The nose holds toasted bread, earth, leaves. Light sweet flavourbwith more earthy hops, orange peel, some toasted bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more earthy hops, toast, some burnt grass. Not bad.

Keg tap at the Moor Brewery Tap, Bristol. Reddish brown, hazy with a tiny bit of white head. Light aroma, some caramel and a touch of berry. Bittersweet taste with some fruity hop at the finish. Light astringency in the aftertaste. Low carbonation. Unexciting for Moor.

On keg at the brewery tap room, Bristol 24/2/2018. Medium brown in colour, with a tight, beige, head. An easy drinking brown ale, with a touch of brown sugar, berry fruits, bready malts and some hops in the finish. A pleasant beer.
