Bottle at home on 3rd December 2009. Pours gold with thisk, lasting foamy yellow-white head. Splendid hop aroma with floral, citric and fruity notes. A beautifully hoppy main kick with grassiness and peppery notes and a dry finish. All slightly rounded by a subtle malty undertone. A fine, well-crafted bottled ale, amongst the best I have tasted in some time.

50cl Bottle brought from Scotland, thanks mom&Henk! Label says Yellowhammer IPA. Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of grapefruit and a bit of sweets. Flavour is chalk, citrus, a hint of toffee, orangepeel, grapefruit, dry light bitter finish. If you add the yeast butter becomes prominent, so don’t. Lots of inoffensive CO2. Light to medium bodied. Very nice on a hot summer night.
