Mudskipper is our New England IPA. The malt bill and London Ale yeast give this beer a very hazy appearance and a soft texture. Plenty of dry hop is added during fermentation, where bio-transformation creates very expressive fruity flavours.

Every version showcases different hop combinations. V10: Idaho7/Belma.

Can sourced from Beerdome and drunk at home (20/11/2021) - hazy golden pour with a white head. Juicy fruity action with some pleasing notes of papaya and red grapefruit, satsuma and melon, touch of spring onion, sweet malts, medium body, grassy bitter hop spice bite into the hoppy finish. Tasty and slips down so well, great stuff.

33cl blik van De Laat. Troebel donkergele kleur, witte kraag. Fruitig, citrus, netels, hint van dennen, romig, mango, papaya, vrij bitter, prikkelend. Lichte body. Lekker.

Fairly hazy dull golden light orange with a big white head. Aroma of citrus, melon, green weeds, light dank hops and oats. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at De Kromme Haring with Jan Koning. Color: Very hazy orange, like fruit juice, off-white head. Aroma: Citrus fruit, hoppy. Taste: Fruity, orange and tangerine. Above moderate to medium bitterness with decent wheat malt background. Long lasting bittery and bit fruity finish. Pretty dense mouthfeel. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice one.

Pours murky yellow and a white sticky head with just a little retention. Aroma's: dank, melon. Retronasal it's fruity, melon, oat, dank. Flavour is light bitter, fruity, a hint of sweet. Light bodied. Moderate bitter finish.
