Apple cider is the result of the recklessness of the Coral family. The intention was to produce a light and low-alcohol cider, balanced and refreshing, capable of pleasing beer lovers and non-lovers. To the arduousness of creating a recipe from scratch were added the technical challenges of producing small batches made in an artisan way, but which were wanted to be consistent and pleasant.
The challenge proposed to the brewers gained shape and quorum.

Aus der Flasche im 2026-05 getrunken. Dieses goldene, leicht trübe Cider ist ein unkomplizierter Durstlöscher. Hier findet sich ein schönes fruchtiges Apfel-Aroma mit einen angenehmen Balance an Säure und leichter Süße 7-6-6-6-5.

Dieses goldene, leicht trübe Cider hat eine kurzweilige Schaumkrone Im Vergleich zur Flaschen-Version ist diese Version deutlich komplexer mit einet tollen Säure-Süße-Kombination. Blind hätte ich sogar auf ein Birnen-Anteil getippt, aber das sind wohl die besondere Apfelsorte aus Madeira , die ein besonderes Aroma beisteuert. Es ist ein toller Durstlöscher mit recht robusteren Körper als die Flaschenversion. Ein tolles süffiger Durstlöscher. 7-8-8-7-6,5

From a 25 cl shared bottle. Clear golden colour with a few white bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with apples, juice, and sugar. The taste is sweet. Medium body - good for the abv. Sweet finish with apples.

Bittle at hotel in madeira. A very clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fading white froth. Aroma is is really artificial apple, green laces, sugary sweet, cheap apple juice fruitella sweets. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, apple flavouring, green laces, green opal fruits, fizzy apple. White sugars. Palate is very sweet, sugary, fine carbonation
