Tap. Pours opaque black with a tiny tan head that dissipates with some lacing. Aroma is bourbon, dark roasted malts, coffee. Flavor is the same with a strong bourbon presence, some woody astringence, and medium sweetness. Medium body, light warming finish. Smooth and very nice.

22 oz. bottle, sent from BigTomz (thanks Tom), pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of bourbon barrels, chocolate cake, vanilla and booze - very inviting. Flavour of vanilla and bourbon barrels, baker's chocolate and fudge. Lighter bodied than a stout, but still full flavours, finishing with a chocolatey note. Smooth and velvety. Delicious.
