440 ml can. Unclear golden, fluffy head. Stone fruit, grassy notes, pear, floral hops, citrus. Mild dry hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry hoppy fruity finish. Nice modern interpretation of a Helles!

hopcode, ein Helles Lagerbier, Fläschchen von Fein & Herb online. - Matt goldbraun, gut hefetrüb. - In der Nase angenehm süßlich-exotisch zitrusfruchtiger Hopfen: Marakuja, Mandarine, nur dezente Herbe. - Antrunk weich und frisch aber rund zitrusfruchtig-hopfenherb mit Marakuja (Passionsfrucht), feiner Grapefruitherbe und Gras. Helles Malz mit leichter Wiener-Malz-Note. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang aromatischer, wenig herber grasiger Hopfen, zarte Tabaknote. - Runde exotische Kalthopfung mit Galaxy und Amarillo in einem sauber untergärigen Malzkörper - eine nette Sache. (18.5.2021.)

Flascherl: Pale golden, hazy, no head to speak of, distinctive bitter-sweet nose of fresh lemony hops with a slight grapefruity tartness, traces of sweet pale-malt underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit tart; lingering lemony bitter finish with an increasing - mild - tart towards the aftertaste. Quite pleasant...

Bottle from Erzengel. Cheers. As Schwebisch Hell. Grassy, woody aroma, a floral element when I really stick my nose in. Pale gold. Frothy white head. Light bitter with a dry sour citrus esge. Underlying sweetness. Thin. Light fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Possible benefits from the fact that I've just had two crappy Shep Neame beers but this crisp and refreshing.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Fruity, almost juicy and slightly flowery hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and pineapples, as well as sweet malt in the background. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly grainy malty base with fruity and slightly flowery hops character; moderately sweet malty finish with fruity hops lingering into the aftertaste. Likeable, but not very special. 16.IX.18

330ml bottle thanks to Koelschtrinker. Pours a misty gold, white head. Pale malt nose. Taste brings pale malt with a soft underlying sweetness. Not the most exciting beer if truth be told, but its rather quenching with some bubblegum hints to be found for those prepared for it.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Beer Kiosk' as 'Schwebisch Hell', best before May 2018. Clear, golden with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, floral, moderately fruity-grassy aroma of hay, some citrus and a touch of grains. Moderately sweet, minimally bitter, floral and slightly fruity-grassy taste of soft grains, light hay and some citrus, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, moderately effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Solid Lager, highly quaffable, very soft, not overly aromatic.

33cl bottle as Schwebisch Hell. A almost clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, pale malt, straw. Taste of mild bitter citrusy hops, grassy hops, pale malt, hay, sessionable.
