Fucking gushy cunt of a beer, fucking sprayed beer half way across the room as soon as it's feckin pointless wax head was cracked. When that drama is over, it pours an almost clear gold beer with a small pale cream colour head. Nose is softly sour white wine rounded off by vanilla oak barrel. Palate is soft and airy, modest fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Taste follows the nose, mildly tart white wine much softened by the vanilla oak barrel. A little dry wood manifests before the light dry finish. Nice beer, simple but nice barrel. Marked down for the fucking spray action drama.

Draft at Goose Island Shoreditch. Pale golden/straw color, with a small foamy head. Aroma features light lemony notes, sweet and tart.Taste brings more sweet and sour notes, citrus, lemon peel and hints of white grape. Soft barrel notes smooth this out and make it an easy drinker. Nice!

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft I think. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a lingering, foamy white head. I'm actually hugely impressed with this. Has a lovely, lightly tart lemon character, touches of pale wood dryness, nice acidity, salt, melon, white wine. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, lightly sweet, fairly dry, more lemon. Super drinkable, with nice depth and nuance.

Keg at Craft Islington, Wednesday 7th March 2018 in the company of Dad, Barry and Scott. Pours crystal clear mid gold with slim white head. There is a lovely little tang, however it is very drinkable as well, quite a furry dry edge as well. Very nice. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Keg at MK, VHX, 23/01/18. Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is wood must, pissy green berries, straw, damp alley grape must. Taste comprises white wine oak tones, goosberry yoghurt, damp hay, wood must, tannins, vanilla lick, grapes on the turn, apple core. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light puckering climax. Solid BA sour.

Keg at MK's Vauxhall. It pours lightly hazy golden - orange with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, farty, barnyard, manure, grape skin, hay, wet grass and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, lightly tart, grape must, vinous, hay, grass, straw, bright acidic kick, wood, tannin, lemon sherbet, green apple skin, goosberry, straw, barnyard and a touch of spice with a firmly dry finish.8. Medium body and fine/light carbonation. Interesting and fun, but I find the aroma a bit off-putting.

Keg at the mother Kelly's vauxhall. A light hazed bright golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice mellow white grape, light musty funk, oak, semi sweet. Delicate on the nose. Flavour is composed of light tart white apple, grape, little oak tannin bite. Very well done. Palate is tart, crisp, drying finish, highish carbonation. Little spicy yeast character.
