The noble drink in the glass shines golden yellow with a very creamy, compact foam crown. The dominant but pleasantly pure bitter hop is played around by the sweet malt character. The strong, full-bodied body has aromas of sweet fruits and plums. A stimulating bitterness and a slight sharpness encourage drinking to continue in the finish. The right choice for the festive occasion.

Feststimmung will da nicht aufkommen. (19.11.2024.)

Half-litre bottle, drank at home on 30th Aug 2020. Clear golden body, decent white crown. This is one of the sweetest Marzen/O'Fest biers I have come across so far (this is my 70th rate of the style). Aroma and taste had a sugary/caramel front, very little hop action.
