Taster at BIERlab, Zürich. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- fruity sour, apricot, apple, interesting vegetable tones, touch of disinfectant. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, slightly bitter, fruity, apple, apricot, herbal, hay, touch of disinfectant again. Medium bodied. Very interesting one.

On tap at What's Brewing Beer Festival 2018. Pours hazy light golden with white head. Aroma of flowers, lemon, lemongrass, herbs. Tastes slightly sour. Thin to medium bodied, highly carbonated, dry mouthfeel. Sour, slightly medicinal finish.

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-08 getrunken. Dieses Farmhouse Ale mit Artischocken gebraut ist so gar nicht mein Ding. Es wirkt irgendwie unstimmig und unausgewogen.
