Közepes, tartós hab, arany szín. Élesztős, fűszeres, malátás illat. Élesztős, malátás, fűszeres, komlós, enyhén füves íz. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Nagyon jól iható, visszafogott keserűségű láger.

Bottle picked up from Edeka Getrankemarkt, Tittling and consumed the same day sat outside in the garden, glorious weather once again, Saturday 9th September 2023. Listening to Slowdive - Everything is Alive. Pours clear straw colour with a white head, a little cereal initially and then a dry bitterness comes through. It's interesting having this after a Weihenstephan Pils which is undoubtedly the better beer but this is a jolly decent beer.

330 ml bottle. Clear golden with a foamy head. Grassy and floral hops, herbal notes, lemon zest, bitter orange, some metal, hay and grain. Hoppy bitterness, some grainy sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy grainy floral finish. Indeed, this is a very impressive Helles.

Leichter Honiggeruch, geschmacklich lässt sich das noch erahnen. Antrunk recht schlank. Dann kommen getreidige und florale Nuancen. Das ganze läuft dann feinherb aus. Schöne Hopfennote. Recht süffig, obwohl ein Hauch zu viel Kohlensäure enthalten ist. Nicht schlecht. Der Name „Gourmet“ ist etwas verwirrend, ich erwarte da eigentlich etwas schwereres, Richtung „Festbier“ / „Weihnachtsbier“.

33cl bottle. Pours clear pale golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, mild aromatic floral hops. Taste of aromatic mild bitter hops, floral notes, a bit grainy, okay!
