Draught at KØ18. Citric and not that pleasant aroma. Black colour. Big stable creamy dark brown head. The flavour is powerful but not very pleasant. Citric and bitter coffee notes.

Draught @ [ DØE - Ølfestival 2018 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Brewers Inc Kaffeeksplosion ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, coffee, sweet malt, roasted, dark malt, light wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coffee bitter - malt bitter, dark malt, roasted, coffee, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sample from 50 cl bottle while brewing. Near black with a thin, tanned head. Sweet aroma with coffee, caramel malts, liqourice and roasted notes. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes drying with dark malts. Lots of coffee as promised. Nice.

Keg at Brewers Inc, CPH, 10/11/17. Black with a decent tan covering. Nose is chocolate, spice, coffee grinds, toffee, dark fruits. Taste comprises brown sugar, chocoalte biscuit, spice, toffee, light coffee, mellow roast malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but was expecting more coffee given the name.

Bottle.Pitch black colour with large beige head.Aroma is roasted with good strong flavor of coffee and dark chocolate,nice creamy with good full body, well balanced with smooth creamy mouthfeels and good long taste.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing brown head: The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and prunes. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, smoke, and chocolate, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a huge brown head. Aroma is roasted malty and dark malty and roasted. Dry, roasted. Bitter and coffee. Dry, bitter, roasted and dark malty. Roasted finish.

Fra fat på Brewers Inc, Nørrebro sep-17: brunsvart med flott gardinskum som varer til siste dråpe. Tørr (nesten knusktørr) aroma og smak med deilig, mørkbrent kaffe, moccabønner og kraftig røstet malt. Svært behagelig, sjokoladeaktig bitterhet i den lange ettersmaken.
