Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A light hazed orange coloured pour ith a small white head. Aroma is midget gems , mixed orange, tangerine. Flavour is composed of tart lemon, shurbet, crisp grains, tangeriene. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation, light tart.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - London. Pours cloudy orange-gold with a foamy, white head. Has a little citrus tang, bready character. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with some wheat, tangerine, mellow yeast. Nice one overall.

Keg at The Mermaid. It pours clear dark gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, spicy, lemon & ginger tea, bready maltage and candied citrus. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, bright, lemony sherbet, herbal, sour candy, musty funk, hay, wet grass, bit grainy, spicy root ginger and a touch of acidity with a drying, slightly astringent finish. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Unusual mix of flavours in a sour that's for sure. Not bad, but doubt could drink a lot of this.

Beaverfest Day 1. Keg. Hazy orange beer, small pile cream colour head. Light lemon, light floralness. Mild tang. Some tangy Herb and floral lemon. Dry finish. Not too bad, but quite dry.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day juan, 08/09/17. Golden orange with a lasting white head. Nose is tangy citric peel, lemon rind, light spice, grains. Taste comprises lime, lemon, sharp citric zest, stale bread, light ginger tickle, herbal. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok if a touch simplistic.

Tap@Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - pours golden amber with white head. Sour fruity, medium acidic, floral and herbal notes of ginger some coriander, herbal spice into the tart fruity close.

Draft @ Beavertown Extravaganza'17. Orange, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet botanique avec des effluves de gingembre et léger herbacé, rétro de grains. Palais est léger et plaisant niveau aigreur avec encore un petit ajout épicé de gingembre qui relève le tout. Malté orienté grains avec un fini citrique et râpeux sur la fin, retrouve peu l'effet de weisse sauf peutêtre au niveau levure?
